Testosterone Enanthate (Test E) is a single large ester base testosterone compound which is a pure synthetic testosterone hormone having a carboxylic acid ester attached in Enanthate (enanthoic acid). The ester itself is often attached to hormone at the 17-beta hydroxyl group. Attaching Enanthate ester, it allows for a command of the hormones active duration and total release time. Once having been injected, testosterone won’t become active until ester begins to detach from the hormone.

Test E is a slower acting release modality of testosterone hormone and could be the first largest ester testosterone modality used. The total detachment won’t happen all right away but allows for a slower, steady release of active hormone into the body. Once having been injected, there would be a sharp spike in testosterone in the first 24-48 hours post injection. From here the hormone will continually separate and dissipate through the body.

Dosages and Usages

Test E doses vary greatly according to the purpose of use, experience, needs and desires. There will be no one size which can fit all dose, but there will be ranges that can guide us.

Standard male Test E doses will be 100-200mg a week, in therapeutical treatment plans, specifically TRT. The total dose may be administered once every week or in two small injections like 50-100mg twice every week, i.e. every Sunday and Wednesday.
